Normally, the ferry operates as scheduled, but extreme weather conditions may cause delays or cancellations. Customers who have booked in advance will be notified by email in case of such delays or cancellations. The money will also be automatically refunded.
Changes/refunds must be made no later than 48 hours before departure. You can do this yourself via the booking confirmation and link you received by email. The ticket will be automatically refunded if cancelled within the deadline. The payout will be made within a few days.
