Tickets

It is the customer's responsibility to buy a ticket as soon as possible after boarding.

How do I pay for my ferry crossing?

You must pay with either an AutoPASS tag or AutoPASS ferry card, depending on which payment solution the individual ferry uses. A vehicle can be registered with both a tag and a ferry card in the same prepayment agreement.

Both means of payment are linked to your AutoPASS ferry account. After each ferry journey, your payment – including discount – is deducted from your ferry account.

If you want to pay manually, contact a sailor. You can only pay manually with a credit card. Is is not possible to pay with cash on the ferry.
