Ingredients (approx. 16 large or 20 small):
- 4 eggs
- 1 litre fermented milk
- 300 ml sugar
- 800 ml wheat flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 tablespoons baking soda
Buttercream:
- 200 g butter (room temperatured)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 50 g sugar
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter and stir it in, then add the fermented milk.
- Gradually add the flour, a little at a time.
- Mix in the baking soda. Stir everything well.
- Let the batter rest for a while before cooking on a griddle or frying pan.
Serve with buttercream or brown cheese.
