Ingredients (approx. 16 large or 20 small):

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 litre fermented milk
  • 300 ml sugar
  • 800 ml wheat flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 tablespoons baking soda

Buttercream:

  • 200 g butter (room temperatured)
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions:

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. 
  2. Melt the butter and stir it in, then add the fermented milk.
  3. Gradually add the flour, a little at a time.
  4. Mix in the baking soda. Stir everything well.
  5. Let the batter rest for a while before cooking on a griddle or frying pan.

Serve with buttercream or brown cheese.
