The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved a prospectus dated 14 August 2017 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the listing of the 100,000,000 shares in Fjord1 ASA. The Prospectus will be published today 14 August 2017 at 5 PM (CEST).
The Prospectus will be available at www.fjord1.no; www.fearnleysecurities.no; and www.sb1markets.no, and will also be available free of charge at the business office of the company at Strandavegen 15, Florø, and the offices of Fearnley Securities AS, Grev Wedels plass 9, Oslo and SpareBank 1 Markets AS, Olav Vs gate 5, Oslo.
